The Copa Food Service de Panadería (CFSP) was designed to evaluate the professional skills of the participants to demosntrate their techniques with creativity and innovation to an audience; setting a trend in the evolution and progress of the Mexican bakery. Providing new ideas in the world of gastronomy and nutrition to stimulate the profession; seeking to encourage the continuous training, elaboration of diverse and balanced breads, with an attractive presentation.
In this third edition 24 candidates will meet, motivated to demonstrate their passion and their desire to win, with the opportunity to take part in this prestigious competition. An invittion to imagine the future in bakery:

More than just a competition, the Copa Food Serivce de Panadería (CFSP) is a driver of talent and where the reflectors give a high visibility of the present baking in Mexico. The candidates, with their outstanding level of experience, will have to be overcome themselves within the challenges to earn the title of “Master Baker”. Above and beyond their technique and skill, the CFSP will motivate them to leave an innovative footprint in bakery.
