The Copa Vatel Porfesional en Repostería is organized by the prestigious Vatel Club Mexico. A unique competition dedicated to the individual creativity of pastry chefs, where the deeo concentration, strong commitment, extreme rigor and accuracy will be essential. The Copa Vatel Profesional en Repostería, is a platform for the next pastry chefs to share their talent and to represent Mexico.
- The competition requires a perfecto coordination, since it is an exhibition between pastry chef that work different materials: the chocolate and sugar specialist. In a period of 6 hours, teams, consisting of a pastry chef and chocolatier, must produce an exhibition and tasting of pastries, chocolate and sugar.
- The competition is composed by illustrious, world-renowned jury. The Jury will have the task to seek exciting flavors and innovative pastry concepts, with a vision of the future and design.
- The winning team for their dedication, impeccable technique and originality will have the honor of representing Mexico in the Latin-American eliminatory 2020.
